SHIPMENT & DELIVERY

We at Purceval are pleased to offer free ground shipping within the continental US for our customers with any purchase.

Shipping and handling costs shall be borne by the Customer except when such costs are waived pursuant to a promotional offer or sale. Shipping and handling costs will be separately itemized with each order.

Shipment, delivery, place of performance and payment is Silver Spring, Maryland. Risk of damage to or loss of goods passes to the Customer upon delivery - FOB origin.

Where goods are supplied for export, Customer is responsible for complying with any and all U.S. export laws as well as any import regulations in the country of destination and for paying any import duties.

When a date of delivery is specified, such date shall only be taken as an estimate. Conditions of shipping and transport are not guaranteed. Purceval’s obligation of delivery shall be subject to Purceval’s receipt of correct and timely deliveries from Purceval’s suppliers. Customer is obligated to accept partial deliveries.
