RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We at Purceval want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If Customer is not satisfied for any reason, Customer may contact Purceval for a return or exchange of the unused item, NO QUESTIONS ASKED, and a Return Authorization Number will be issued. Full refunds will be given if Customer is able to return the item in its original condition, with its original packaging, and proof of purchase.
Because we are a small company, we cannot refund shipping at this time, but hope to do so in the near future. Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment.
Exchanges are welcome, too. Once the item is received and the exchange is approved, Customer’s new order will be shipped via UPS ground at no additional cost.
Items received as a gift can be exchanged for a different item, or returned for a store credit, good for 1 year from receipt of item.
